Healing Workshops at UUSRF – Sundays, Feb. 22 and Mar. 8, 1 to 2 P.M.

In these troubled times, many of us find it difficult to manage stress and emotions. As we care for others, it is vital we learn to support ourselves. Indivisible River Falls is sponsoring a series of healing workshops designed to develop the resilience we will need to sustain our efforts going forward.
Join Tai Chi instructor Kay Rydeen for an introduction to T’ai Chi Chih. The practice circulates and balances the energy within the body. As internal energy circulates and comes into balance, health improves, and there is an overall sense of well-being and joy in life. T’ai Chi Chih is not a martial art, an exercise program, or a religion. It is a meditative discipline with benefits for body, mind, and spirit. The easy-to-learn movements can be done by anyone regardless of age or physical condition.
